Waiting is time going by and it can be enjoyed, when we are in a privileged state of hope or looking forward. Conversely, waiting can be time wasted or killed, when we are in a state of distress and anguish.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>"Espere" in Spanish, is the one word covering two meanings: "waiting" and "hoping".</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>If life, however, offers no expectation or prospect, waiting represents time "wasted”. Waiting needs a future. If not, time is condemned to be "killed". In the event that we are lost in a gap of boredom and despair, we are driven back in a vacuum of senselessness and deadlocked in a point of nothingness. When is art?

We would like to understand what actually happens in the mood of all those people who live on the edge of loneliness and emotional poverty. They seem to be denied of every sense of community and expelled from any intimacy. They are like life outcasts, deprived of physical or linguistic contact. Feeling deserted by affection, they may be drinking their way out and are finally reduced to silence.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Conversation is the foundation of a democratic coherence. Often people are only intersecting and use only monologues. There is no conversation, no dialogue.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Short circuiting each dialogue and blowing up any attempt to come to a compromise is a bad policy.
