We have shut up long enough, and now is the time to speak out loud. Yesterday was the silence of the underdog, but today we recognize how unbearably colorless and tasteless our treadmill is. When we 'recognize' things, we can come to comprehend them. Through that knowledge, we get insight into the reality of our needs, allowing our awareness to give birth to a clear vision to catalyze ultimate wisdom.

Many people are coming up short of authentic emotions in a world spoiled by the obituary of attention and the dormancy of empathy.

So often, we notice that the upper lip must never tremble because it expresses self-restraint and courage and demonstrates self-discipline and a sense of duty, whereas a trembling upper lip is a sign of weakness and fear.

For others, giving voice to one's feelings is not a sign of weakness or fear but a natural way to release hampering obstacles to meet the others. Putting the cards on the table, in any circumstance, helps to avoid an unnecessary, embarrassing burden on the relationships between people. It allows creating an unstressed situation and a sound walk of life. Better thinking out loud than suffocating from frustration.

Some want to preserve their mental balance by confining their feelings, refusing to exchange emotions. They do not want to talk about problems that might cause troubles and worries, jeopardizing further individual and social interactions. They avoid those who like to amplify their self-importance, pouring loads of painful details onto their audients, succumbing under the weight of emotional garbage.

"Non-upper-lip-tremblers" are not attracted by sentimental tremolos, and for them, the 'stiff upper lip' is not a contradiction with real feelings.
